Description
A solar thermal collector is a solar collector designed to collect heat by absorbing sunlight.
A collector is a device for converting the energy in sunlight, or solar radiation, into a more usable or storable form.
This energy is in the form of electromagnetic radiation from the infrared (long) to the ultraviolet (short) wavelengths.
The quantity of solar energy striking the Earth's surface averages about 1,000 watts per square meter under clear skies, depending upon weather conditions, location, and orientation of the surface.
The Butterfly Collector is a non pressure solar collector used for shower system, room heating and swimming pool heating.
Because it looks like a butterfly, so we give the name Butterfly Collector.
Important information for installer
Please complete installation with professional person or plumber.
The absorbing tube should face to the south if you are in North of Earth. On the contrary if in South of Earth.
Fix to the roof strongly.
Carriage carefully with the vacuum tube.

Specification
1) We can make the tube quantities for each solar collector according to customers' requests, but maximum tube quantities are 30tube per collector
2) Collector header:
Inner material of collector header: Manifold copper pipe
Outer shell material of collector header: Aluminum alloy, black color or original aluminum color
Insulation layer of collector header: Mineral wool/rock wool, thickness: 50mm.
3) Vacuum tube: 58x1800mm / 47x1800mm
Material: high borosilicate glass, three-layer deposition vacuum tube(ALN-Cu-SS) with copper heat pipe and aluminum fin inside.
4) Bracket material: Aluminum alloy or galvanized steel
5) Advantage: there is no water in the tubes, if one or two tubes broken, the whole system can work as usual
6) Hailstone resistance: 25mm
7)It can endure 0.6MPa high pressure
8) Usage: Used for connecting split pressurized solar water heater or more than 1000liters hot water solar water heater project which supplies hot water for swimming pool, wall heating system, floor heating system, big hotel and so on.
