CENTRALIZED SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM USER MANUAL
PART ONE
A. Water shortage protection.
If the ‘actual water level’ is less than(<) the ‘start the protection at water level’ ,
the centralized solar water heating system start the ‘water shortage protection’, all the related water pump,auxiliary heating stop the working.
If the ‘actual water level’ is greater than or equal to (≥) the ‘stop the protection of water level’ ,
the centralized solar water heating system stop the ‘water shortage protection’, all the related water pump,auxiliary heating restart the working.
B. Heat exchange(the circulation between the water tank and solar collector).
When the ‘temperature in difference ’ between the water tank and and the solar collector
is greater than or equal to (≥) the ‘start the circulation at’ , the circulation start the working.
When the ‘temperature in difference ’ between the water tank and and the solar collector
is less than or equal to (≤) the ‘stop the circulation at’ , the circulation stop the working.
Note:
When the ‘actual tank temperature’ is greater or equal to (≥) the setting value ‘Highest temp of water tank’,
the circulation pump will be forced to stop the working.
In case that the actual tank temperature will be too much higher.
C. Anti-freezing of collector pipeline
When the temperature in the collector pipeline is less than(<) the temp of ‘Start the pipeline circulation at’,
the circulation pump will be forced switch on for some time (It depends on the setting of ‘working time’).
Then it stop by 3 minutes, and detect the temperature in the collector pipeline for several times,
until the temperature in the collector pipeline is more than(>) the setting temperature.
D. Circulation of terminal water pipeline(between the water tank and terminal water using).
When the temperature of terminal pipeline is less than or equal to(≤) the setting temp ‘start the circulation at’,
it start the circulation.
When the temperature of terminal pipeline is greater than (>) the setting temp ‘stop the circulation at’,
it stop the circulation.
E. Anti-freezing of terminal water pipeline(between the water tank and terminal water using).
When the temperature of terminal pipeline is less than or equal to(≤) the setting temp ‘start the circulation at’,
it will be forced start the circulation for 5 minutes.
It can prevent the pipeline from frost crack.
F. Auxiliary heating.
When the water tank temperature is less than(<) the temp of ‘start the electric heating at’,
the electrical element start the working.
When the water tank temperature is more than(>) the temp of ‘start the electric heating at’,
the electrical element stop the working.
G. Automatically water supply.
When the ‘water level’ is less than or equal to(≤) the minimum water level ‘start the water supply at level’,
it start the water supply.
When the ‘water level’ is greater than (>) the maximum water level
‘stop the water supply at level’, it stop the water supply.
H. Reset.
Press the ’reset’ to restore the original factory system defaults.
